Hip Hing is also included in the Hong Kong Housing Authority lists of Contractors to undertake various public housing works.

In the private construction work sector, Hip Hing is registered under the Buildings Department's registry of Contractor to carry out General Building works, Specialist Works in Demolition, Site Formation and Foundation categories.

In addition to the local projects, Hip Hing is also engaged in various overseas construction works. Projects completed by Hip Hing can be found in PRC, Macau, Malaysia, Vietnam and Philippines. Hip Hing holds the Qualifying Certificate issued by the Ministry of Construction for carrying out construction works in the PRC.
