职责
- Support the Department Head for necessary administration works such as internal / external meetings, competitions, events, internal BIM trainings.
- Play a coordination role in liaising with external institutions (e.g. HKIC, internal CCBC and CCBM training) and other inter-departments coordination works.
- Help prepare collaterals for the Department, including presentation materials, internal and external audits, awards submission and digital forms development.
- Other administration / secretarial duties as assigned by Department Head.
要求
- Higher Diploma / Diploma in Administration or related subjects is preferred.
- At least 3 years relevant administration work experience.
- Proficient in PC skills such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Attentive to details with good communication skills.
