职责
- Responsible for project planning, programming with narrative, construction method statement, site layout plan and construction sequence support with drawing/sketch, etc. for entire construction project delivery period
- Support project team deliver the project per contract, ensuring alignment across operation, technical, and other teams
- Prepare and maintain master programme by critical path method using scheduling software Oracle Primavera P6. Maintain the programme including progress input, updates per need to serve forecast and critical path analysis/review
- Coordinate with other departments within the company for necessary input on planning and programming, such as temporary works design, buildability advice, plant and logistic arrangement, QUENSH input, etc.
- Monitor project progress
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting of project status
- Identify change and impact, prepare assessment, work with teams for optimum solution, seek opportunity and risk identification
- Contribute to procurement planning and support, logistics strategies, etc.
- Contribute to claim preparation and onwards process
要求
- Degree in Building / Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
- 7 years relevant working experience
- Familiar with latest/updated construction technologies and processes such as DfMA, MiC, MiMEP, etc.
- Familiar with MS Office Standard, Oracle Primavera P6, MS Project.
- Basic knowledge in current BIM technologies and software such as Revit, Navisworks, Fuzor, etc.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidate willing to be stationed in Macau is preferred
- Holder of Macau ID is preferred
