职责
As an Insurance Manager for our construction company, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of insurance operations to ensure adequate coverage and risk management. - Insurance Coverage Analysis: Evaluate current insurance policies to ensure they adequately cover the company's assets, liabilities, and operations.

- Policy Procurement: Secure appropriate insurance policies for new projects, equipment, and personnel, considering the specific needs of each construction project.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all insurance laws, regulations, and industry standards, staying abreast of changes that may impact the company.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the insurance budget, ensuring cost-effective coverage without compromising quality or compliance.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with insurance companies, brokers and other relevant parties to negotiate favorable terms and resolve issues promptly.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of insurance policies, claims, and risk assessments, generating reports as needed for management review.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in insurance management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of insurance laws, regulations, and best practices.
