Job Duties

• Establish, implement and maintain a documented quality management system to control all work activities of design and build project
• Prepare project specific quality plan to meet contractual requirements
• Approve inspection and test approval plan for each major item of works and ensure its implementation in proper sequence
• Set up the workflow to control critical processes in submission, review and approval status
• Document all relevant inspection and test records
• Evaluate quality performance of external consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Lead to conduct internal audit of quality management system and site works
• Analyze root cause of non-conformances and implement corrective actions
• Arrange external party for the audit of quality management system
• Report to quality related matters and follow up actions in project quality meetings
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by project director

Requirements

• Degree in Building/ Civil/ Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Chartered membership of professional institution is preferable
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in construction industry, preferably in large scale project of civil or building works
• Participated in design and build project is an advantage
• Conversant with management system development, implementation and internal audit (e.g. ISO 9001 or other management systems)
• Excellent interpersonal skill and proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese
• Conversant with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Candidate willing to be stationed in Macau is preferred
