Job Duties

• Organize and coordinate resources of BIM Section.
• Establish, execute and manage the BIM implementation.
• Develop BIM implementation strategy.
• Develop BIM standards.
• Explore and Evaluate new BIM related software platforms and technologies.
• Develop project specific BIM standards and QA/QC.
• BIM Process Management.

Requirements

• Degree in Building Service, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 8 years or above relevant experience in BIM / Architectural / Building Service consultant or contractor.
• Professional Member of Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modelling.
• Good knowledge of construction.
• Good knowledge of BIM software.
• Must be a self-starter and possess the drive to pursue continued education on BIM.
• Possess the ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
