Successful candidate(s) will be assigned work for ASD project.
Investigating and assessing the site information / potential site constraints for the development projects.
Planning and supervising the construction of landscape works, preservation and protection of existing trees and tree risk assessment.
Providing professional advice on Landscape Works, including landscape hardworks, landscape softworks, establishment works, tree works and tree risk assessment related matters.
Providing professional advice and vetting on the submissions as required in pre-AIP stage, AIP stage and DDA stage.
Carrying out duties as assigned by the Supervising Officer or his Representatives.
Checking of Landscape Works, including landscape hardworks, landscape softworks, establishment works, tree works and tree risk assessment related submissions.
- Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (DSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent.
(Note: Grade “E” in Chinese language and English language (syllabus B) in HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 2’ Chinese language and English language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth).
- 1 year post-qualification relevant experience. AND
- A professional member of the Hong Kong Institute of Landscape Architects who is also a registered landscape architect as accepted by Landscape Architects Registration Board of Hong Kong under the Landscape Architects Registration Ordinance (Cap.516).
Candidate with insufficient post-qualification experience but passed the PPE exam of HKILA may be considered OR
Candidate without passing the PPE exam of HKILA but with sufficient relevant experience may be considered
