Project Building Services Engineer

Job Duties

Attend Meeting with Developer, Architect and Consultants.
Chair BS Coordination Meetings.
Implement Total Engineering.
Monitor all Monitor Quality and Progress of BS Works.
Monitor Testing and Commissioning.
Resolve Conflicts on site.
Identify and resolve design problems with Consultants.
Monitor Statutory Submission and Inspection.
Coordination with Utility Companies.
Relationship Management.
Supervise and provide guidance to junior engineers.

Requirements

Degree in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 5 years relevant experience.
MHKIE (BS / Mech / Elect Eng) or Chartered Engineer (MCIBSE / MIMechE / MIET) preferable.
Experience in B.S. systems of medium or large scale Building projects is an essential.
Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
