Job Duties
- Oversee and direct the night shift operations of the security control center
- Monitor real-time conditions across various construction sites
- Report and handle emergencies and suspicious activities
- Dispatch patrol vehicles and security personnel to carry out duties
Requirements
- Form 5 education or above
- Holder of a valid Category B Security Personnel Permit and Construction Safety Card (Green Card)
- Holder of a valid Certificate in Basic Security Services under QASRS
- At least 10 years of security-related work experience
- Familiar with security monitoring systems and control room operations
- Able to handle emergencies independently
- Candidates with experience in Hong Kong disciplined services are preferred
- Holder of valid Hong Kong driving licenses Classes 1 and 2 is an advantage
- Able to read and write Chinese and English
- Fluent in Cantonese and basic English communication skills
- Required to work 12-hour night shifts (18:00-06:00 or 19:00-07:00)
- Shift work required
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Security Monitoring Officer (Night Shift).
