Hip Hing held a ceremony to mark the commencement of building work for the residential development Lohas Park Package Six on 2 June. Representatives from Hip Hing, the client and the consulting companies followed traditional well-wishing rituals of burning incense and cutting roasted pig.
The scope of this project comprises the construction of 4 residential towers ranging between 55 and 57-storeys high with a total of 2,360 units sitting on a 2-storey podium and a 2-level basement car park. The basement is being constructed by top-down construction method. The project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2020.
