Hip Hing, together with the client and consulting companies, held a bai-sun ceremony on 16 June for the commercial development at Nos. 999-1021 King's Road, marking the commencement of construction.
The scope of this project comprises the construction of a 22-storey commercial office building on top of a 2-storey basement, together with retail areas and plant rooms. The project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2019.
