Honoured "Manpower Developer" three years in a row

Hip Hing Construction and Vibro (H.K.) have once again been accredited as a Manpower Developer by the Employees Retraining Board (ERB). Both companies have been recognised with this honour since 2013, for their outstanding achievements in manpower training and development.

Hip Hing and Vibro are dedicated to developing employees’ skills and careers by offering a wide range of training and coaching programmes, such as the Project Manager Development Programme, Site Agent Development Programme, Construction Officer Development Programme and the Apprenticeship Programme. The companies also provide financial assistance and study leave to encourage staff members’ personal development.
