Hip Hing Construction has been appointed as the main contractor for a commercial property development at No. 123 Hoi Bun Road, Kwun Tong. The scope of this project comprises the construction of a 23-storey office building and retail shops on top of a 3-storey basement with car park and E&M plant rooms. The project is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2019.
