Hip Hing awarded Hong Kong Science Park Expansion Stage 1 project
Hip Hing has been awarded a main contract for the Hong Kong Science Park Expansion Stage 1. The project comprises two office towers, of 12 and 13 storeys in height, with a 4-storey podium for retail, F&B outlets, conferencing and parking facilities. The scope of this project also comprises the design and construction of two steel footbridges connecting to existing buildings, as well as interfacing works outside the Stage 1 Expansion area such as installations of building services and information technology systems, dismantling of existing temporary project office and external works. The project occupies a site of approximately 12,000 square metres at the southwestern corner of Phase 3, Hong Kong Science Park. The project is anticipated to be completed in the second quarter of 2019.
