Hip Hing has been awarded a new contract by the Hong Kong Housing Authority for the construction of a Public Rental Housing (PRH) Development at Chung Nga Road East in Tai Po. The scope of this project comprises the construction of one 32-storey non-standard domestic block, with one 1-storey carpark and retail facilities at LG/F, and one 6-storey welfare block. Other works include site formation works for bicycle parking area and slope upgrading works. The project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2020.
