Hip Hing, together with the representatives of the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation and consulting companies, held a bai-sun ceremony on 27 September to mark the commencement of the Hong Kong Science Park Expansion Stage 1 project. The officiating guests performed a roasted pig cutting ceremony wishing the project to go well.
The scope of this project comprises the construction of two office buildings and interfacing works. The project occupies a site of approximately 12,000 m2 and is anticipated to be completed in the second quarter of 2019.
