Hip Hing has been awarded a new contract by the Hong Kong Housing Authority for the construction of Public Rental Housing (PRH) Development at Queen's Hill Site 1 Phase 1 and a Portion of Phase 6. The scope of this project comprises the construction of one 42-storey and four 41-storey domestic blocks, one 4-storey retail facilities, semi-basement carpark, one pedestrian footbridge, external works and main access road (portion of Phase 6). The project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2021.
