The project of Reprovisioning the Yau Ma Tei Police Station, constructed by Hip Hing, received a Certificate of Finalist in the Hong Kong Non-Residential (New Building - Government, Institution or Community) category in the Quality Building Award 2018. The Hung Fuk Estate, Public Rental Housing Development at Hung Shui Kiu Area 13, in which Hip Hing was responsible for the construction of the public transport interchange, won the Grand Award of Hong Kong Residential (Multiple Buildings) category and also the top honour of Quality Excellence Award.
