Hip Hing has been commenced construction of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Substation. A bai-sun ceremony held on 13 September was well-attended by representatives from Hip Hing and CLP.
The project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2019. Upon completion, the substation will supply electricity to Hong Kong Customs for the cross-boundary cargo processing and passenger clearance facilities, fire station cum ambulance depots and public transport interchange.
