Hip Hing awarded residential development contract at Lee Nam Road in Ap Lei Chau
Hip Hing has been appointed as the main contractor for a residential development at Ap Lei Chau Inland Lot No. 136. The scope of this project comprises the construction of six 25 to 28-storey high residential towers, with a two-level podium including clubhouse, and a two-level basement carpark. The project is scheduled to be commenced in the first quarter of 2019 and targeted to be completed in the third quarter of 2021.
