InnoCell is the first high-rise MiC building in Hong Kong, which is also Hip Hing’s first MiC project. The 17-storey InnoCell comprises 15 floors built with 418 MiC modules. In order to safeguard the well-being of workers, the project team adopted the approach of Plan and Design for Safety, and achieved 600,000 hours of accident free operations. InnoCell was completed ahead of schedule, with the construction programme shortened by about 40%.
