Hong Kong Green Awards 2022

Our project Two Taikoo Place won the Platinum in Hong Kong Green Awards for the second consecutive year.

Kelvin Lo, Senior Project Manager, highlighted three ways to promote the practices of green construction, “Planning is everything – map out the big picture and minimize the use of resources from the design, construction, to demolition stages. Form a green alliance – you need a team of people who love to “think green, and go green” as much as you. Last but not the least, enjoy the process of trial and error.” The project of Two Taikoo Place is the pioneer project in Hip Hing to deploy the innovative Battery Energy Storage Systems for decarbonization on sites.

In the Hong Kong Green Awards 2022, Hip Hing received a total of 19 awards:

• Two Taikoo Place - Platinum
• Kai Tak Sports Park - Gold
• Immigration Headquarters at Tseung Kwan O - Gold
• Proposed Composite Development at NKIL 6007, Shing Kai Road, Kai Tak - Silver
• Residential Development at NKIL6554, Area 4A, Site2, Kai Tak, Kowloon - Silver
