The iconic annual Cantonese Opera Show jointly organised by Hip Hing – Vibro Volunteer Team and Hong Kong Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA) was successfully held on 27 August at Xiqu Centre, Hong Kong’s premier Cantonese Opera venue and a world-class Chinese opera venue constructed by Hip Hing.
We were honored to have Mr. Victor Tai, JP, Under Secretary for Housing as one of our officiating guests of the event. During his speech, Mr. Tai expressed his appreciation on the YWCA and Hip Hing-Vibro Volunteer Team’s efforts in organizing the event. He was glad to be one of the officiating guests of this meaningful charity event that provided a joyful afternoon of entertainment to some of Hong Kong’s senior citizens all together in one place.”
Over 1,000 citizens attended the event. We thank YWCA, the performers from the Cantonese Opera Troupe (“笙韻軒劇團”), and our Hip Hing – Vibro Volunteer Team members who made the event such a success!
