Michele Lui, Manager (Business Development), received the Construction Industry Outstanding Young Person Award (CIOYPA) 2023 from the Construction Industry Council (CIC).
“I aspire to use my journey as a source of inspiration for the youth, especially those who harbor a passion and dreams for construction. I encourage them not to shy away from challenges but to embrace innovation and become part of this industry that is brimming with potential”, said Michele.
CIOYPA returns for its third edition in 2023 and centres around the theme of "Braving to Build Dreams. Venturing to Innovate.". The Judging Panel included Ir Thomas Ho, JP, Chairman of the CIC; Ir Ricky Lau, JP, Permanet Secretary for Development (Works); Nicholas Ho, Commissioner for Belt and Road, and Chan Siu Hung, JP, Member of the Legislative Council (Election Committee Constituency).
