Hip Hing Construction has been awarded the residential and commercial development at NKIL 6541 on Kai Tak Area 1H Site 3. The project is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2018.
Located at Muk Ning Street, the Kai Tak project includes the construction of 4 high-rise residential towers and 4 low-rise residential towers together with a podium and basement which contains retail area, car park and clubhouse.
Advanced construction technologies are being adopted in the project, including 3D scanning to capture and analyze site location data; Building Information Modelling to conduct clash analysis of struts and permanent structure; and 3D model printing to help visualizing the site disposition and work sequences.
