Hip Hing named Family-friendly Employer
Hip Hing was recognized as a "Family-Friendly Employer 2015/16" by the Family Council on 25 October. Hip Hing has made extensive efforts to promote a caring corporate culture, such as the introduction of family care leave, health checks, flexible working hour arrangement for site-based staff and the like. By introducing and optimising family care policies and measures, the Group aims to enable staff members to deal with family responsibilities and achieve work-family life balance.
