Hip Hing awarded Citygate retail and hotel development project
Hip Hing has been appointed as the main contractor for the Citygate retail and hotel development project at Tung Chung Town Lot No. 2 and 11. The project includes carrying out alteration and addition works to provide a connection with, while at the same time maintaining the operation of, the existing Citygate shopping mall; and the construction of a 12-storey retail and hotel development sitting over a 2-level basement car park and a ground level public transport terminus. It is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2019.
