Hip Hing has been awarded a contract for the LOHAS Park Package 5 Property Development in Tseung Kwan O. The project includes the construction of three 55 to 59-storey high residential towers providing a total of 1,600 flats upon completion.
The three towers will sit atop a five-storey podium comprising residential recreational facilities and car parking. A public transport interchange will also be built. The construction commenced in September this year and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2019.
