Situated in Shanghai's prime residential area, Arcadia has a gross floor area of 640,000 square feet. The scope of this project comprised the construction of two 30-storey serviced apartment towers and a residential tower on top of a 2-storey podium with shopping arcade and clubhouse, and a one-storey basement car park.
