Chung Nam Industrial Building

The factory building consists of a 13-storey tower and 2 basement levels. The ground floor container/ car park area provides a 4-metre high clearance for large vehicles and containers. The external facades from the second floor up are curtain wall on the front elevation and durable epoxy based texture flower paint on the remaining walls. All external facades from the 1st floor to ground level are decorated with marble. In addition, to accommodate large and heavy equipment, each floor features a 6 metre by 3 metre steel door on an external wall.
