Discovery Park Phase II and Commercial complex

The project consists of four 40-storey residential blocks accomodating 1,120 domestic units. The residential blocks are sited around the periphery of the podium to create a 180,000 sq. ft. waterfall garden and a 8,000 sq. ft. swimming pool and 2 club houses. The 3-storey shopping centre at the podium was the largest shopping centre in Hong Kong upon completion. An air conditioned elevated walkway connects Tsuen Wan MTRstation with the residential blocks.
