The scope of this project included the construction of one 65-storey deluxe residential tower with 8 storeys car park from entrance level. The block contains 156 domestic flats, 28 duplex flats and 3 triplex flats in 57 upper floors. The facade is clad with aluminium curtain walling and GRC panels and spray-coating finish.
