The Signature

The scope of this project comprises the construction of the superstructure and fitting out of a 40-storey luxury residential tower. The Signature provides a total of 62 typical units and four duplex units and is equipped with a 3-storey car park and a clubhouse. Its champagne gold colored curtain wall creates a luxurious and regal ambience while providing insulation for both thermal and acoustic purposes. Its garden podium includes a swimming pool and is embellished with granite mosaics and lush greenery.
