The Hyatt Regency Hong Kong is a teaching hotel built for the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) to provide training for hotel professionals. Situated adjacent to CUHK's main campus, the works comprised a 4-level podium and a 22-storey hotel tower, offering 600 guestrooms. The project also covered the associated external and landscaping works.
