Po Heung Estate

Po Heung Estate is the latest public rental housing development completed by Hip Hing, providing 483 flats for accommodating about 1,350 people. It also provides retail, welfare and public car parking facilities to meet the needs of the Tai Po community. The two towers of Po Heung Estate adopt a single aspect design to avoid residential flats facing the adjacent railway. The towers are also built with a three-story podium and a green roof, while on one hand enhancing green areas, and on the other hand, providing more public open space.
