Hip Hing was appointed by ASD as the design and build contractor for the Hong Kong Police Force's New Territories South Regional Police Headquarters and Operational Base. The building complex consists of a 16-storey central core office tower and a 6-storey carpark-cum-operational base podium block accommodating various operational functions including armouries and indoor shooting ranges, dog kennels, antenna gallery, resources center and catering facilities.
