The Masterpiece and K11

The Works comprise the construction of a 4-level basement and a 63-storey tower block consisting of an 8-level podium which features a K-11 art mall and retail spaces; a 15-level Hyatt hotel; 37-levels of serviced apartments providing a total of 345 units; 2-levels of refuge floors; and 1-level of M&E floor, together with all associated external and landscaping works to the podium deck, sky gardens and at street level.
