The Peak, Hong Kong
The Peak Tower Revitalisation Project included demolition, A&A works, construction, fitting out and maintenance of the existing superstructure of The Peak Tower comprising the lower five floors "Podium" (Level 0 to Level 4), Podium Deck (Level 5), the upper three floors " Bowl" (Undercroft to Level 6 and Level 7), Roof Deck (Level 8) and external facade. The tower remained open during construction, presenting a number of logistical challenges.
