The Waterfront was the first development situated on top of MTRC's Kowloon Station. The project consisted of 6 residential towers, each 57-storey high providing a total of 1,288 residential units. The Waterfront also includes a 3-storey podium comprising clubhouse facilities and amenities and a basement carpark facility that can accommodate 1,332 vehicles.
