职责
- Process and manage monthly payroll and daily operation of C&B;
- Maintain and monitor HR system (PeopleSoft);
- Provide support on employee relations initiatives and staff engagement activities;
- Ensure full compliance with HK employment and related legislations;
- Taking up ad hoc projects and assignments.
要求
- Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or equivalent;
- At least 5 years’ experience in sizeable organisations
- Conversant with HK employment related ordinances and employment practices;
- Active team player with cheerful personality, proactive, energetic, able to think out of box;
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, able to draft high standard HR policies and procedures;
- Experience in PeopleSoft HRMS project management/enhancement would be an advantage.
