職責

  • Assist in monthly payroll preparation and calculation.
  • Support on daily C&B duties and administration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee databases and filing records.
  • Compile statistics and prepare various HR regular reports.
  • Draft HR correspondences, letters, forms and announcements.
  • Provide HR administrative support and other ad hoc projects.

要求

  • Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate is welcomed or recent graduate with around 1 year experience.
  • Basic knowledge of HK employment related ordinances and employment practices.
  • Active team player with cheerful personality, proactive, energetic.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese.
