職責
- Lead innovation projects and adopt new technologies in construction projects.
- Explore and develop new technologies to optimize and improve construction processes.
- Conduct research and perform data analysis on emerging trends in construction technology.
- Review and evaluate external research papers on innovative construction methods.
- Analyze and optimize existing engineering processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate innovative solutions, from proposal preparation to project completion.
- Establish and execute strategic plans to replicate successful innovative applications in similar projects.
- Assist in research funding applications and apply for Innovative Technology Funding.
- Assist in the registration of intellectual property (IP) rights for new technologies.
- Prepare routine reports for direct supervisors on the progress of research and development initiatives.
- Conduct inter-departmental meetings and provide progress reports to align common goals, KPIs, and values.
- Visit and inspect construction sites as needed.
要求
- Degree in Building / Civil / Mechanical Engineering / Information Engineering / Computer Science / Electronic Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry or engineering R&D.
- Familiarity with relevant software and digital tools (e.g., CAD, BIM, GIS, Power BI, DMS, DWSS, AI, etc.)
- Knowledge in sustainable construction practices is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Accept setbacks in innovation, and think in agile mindset to improve.
- Excellent communication and team-working abilities.
- Enthusiastic in exploring and learning the latest technologies that benefit the construction industry.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Co-Ordinator or Assistant Co-Ordinator.
