Adjacent to the subway station, the residential and commercial complex features a 5-storey shopping mall with a size of 70,000-square metres, two Class A office towers, one 9-storey serviced apartment building and the 9-storey New World Courtyard Hotel that provides 300 guest rooms. The project also included the construction of a 5-storey podium and a 3-level basement.
