Sau Mau Ping Estate Phase 5

The project included construction of 3 41-storey Harmony Blocks (Block 5 to 7) to offer a total of 2,397 domestic units. The G/F of Block 5 is fitted out for a Day Nursery and the G/F of Block 6 is fitted out for a 6- classroom kindergarten. The external facades are designed and constructed in precast concrete panels. The construction of roof to the coverred walkway, the Refuse Storage Area and the garden arbours are designed and constructed in structural steel.
