Melody Garden

Built on reclaimed land in Tsuen Mun, Melody Gardens is a home-ownership development with 10 residental blocks and recreational facilities including a bowling alley, childrens playground and tennis courts. An exersise trail was also built around the landscaped areas where 5,000 trees are planted. A 50,000 square metres underground carpark was designed and constructed as a waterproof structure with surface water drainage laid between the carpark ground slab and the foundations.
