Tsing Yi, New Territories, Hong Kong 
Interlink is a landmark warehouse and distribution development in Hong Kong's strategically important Tsing Yi port district. The 2.4 million sq ft development over 24 levels is the first of its type to obtain HK-BEAM Gold Standard compliance and a LEED certification in Hong Kong. The project comprised the construction of a 24-storey concrete structure godown and ancillary works in adjoining area.
