The Riverpark

The Riverpark atop MTRC's Che Kung Temple Station is a luxurious riverside residence with magnificent views of the Shing Mun River. The scope of this project comprised the construction and fitting out of two 38-storey and two 40-storey residential towers with a total of 981 domestic units, sitting on a 4-storey podium; landscaping works to R/F of the existing Che Kung Temple Station; lift installation to pedestrian link to station platform; as well as external works at the driveway entrance and the green area outside site boundary.
