Lam Tin Complex

Lam Tin North Municipal Services Building is a multi-purpose complex at the the junction of Tak Tin Street and Hing Tin Street in Lam Tin. The works comprised the demolition of an existing open park; construction of a 7-storey municipal services building with a indoor heated swimming pool complex, a district library and a music center; construction of a landscaped roof at 4/F, roof garden and other landscape areas. The building's foundations comprised the design and construction of a piled foundation system together with pile caps and strap beams. The project was undertaken by Hip Hing - Hanison Joint Venture.
