MacPherson Place

The 50-year-old Macpherson Indoor Stadium in Mongkok was redeveloped as a mixed-use residential complex with commercial floors and a modern sports venue. The 23-storey residential tower “Macpherson Residence” is set above a 2-storey basement and a 5-storey podium. The new multi-purpose indoor stadium at podium level has a seating capacity of over 1,800. The scope of this project included the superstructure, building services, interior fitting-out works, and associated external works.
