Shek Foon House

Hip Hing Engineering completed the public rental housing project "Shek Foon House" at Tai Pak Tin Street, Kwai Chung in the third quarter of 2013. The scope of this project comprised the construction of one 41-storey non-standard domestic block of 839 units, a multi-purpose hall, a pedestrian spine and an L-shaped pedestrian footbridge. The project has adopted natural ventilation and daylight designs and has a green ratio of 20%, creating a green and healthy living environment.
